Freshservice Ticket Instructions

CIRA Helpdesk Instructions – Freshservice

 

1. On your internet browser, visit https://csu-cira.freshservice.com/


2. Select “Submit a New Ticket” to request CIRA help or report a problem



3. Login with your CSU netID and password



4. Select the appropriate category for your ticket (e.g. IT, Travel, Facilities). – If you aren’t sure, please select the IT category. 



5. Fill out the required ticket fields and then select “Submit”. – You will receive an email confirmation and you will receive email updates whenever actions are taken on your ticket. 



6. Check on the status of your ticket via email or from the csu-cira.freshservice home page.
